“dont miss it!!”
We went to bukit lawang to do the jungle trekking and we ended up in this guest house. The price for a room was 50.000 (4 euros) for a double room but what we experienced was worth a million times more! We stayed there for 3 nights and ended up every single evening jamming with the guys who run the place. Singing jungle songs, playing games and drinking beer - everything together in bukit lawang :) Swimming or tubing in the river which passes 5 meters away from the guest house is so much fun! Thanks Bob and the other guys for this awesome time!
I stayed with my brother in this lovely place. It is not the rooms that make this place special. Its much more than that. The staff is just wonderful. Friendly, helpful and always there to give you a smile. The restaurant is serving great food and the prices are cheap. At the terrace of the restaurant it is nice to sit and listen to the live music jamming friendly locals.
The rooms are basic. They have cheap and cheaper rooms. The cheap rooms are new and very clean with a nice balcony. The cheaper ones are old.
I wasn't planning to come back to Bukit Lawang, but now.... I will surely come back.

Average guest house large room /cold shower/fan/nice patio/good staff/clean/would stay again if tavelling on a tight budget this guest house is right on the river so sunset drinks are a great way to while away the day the staff here were great
